General Comments:
One glance at the Albin-25's exterior layout and you can appreciate its safety and sea-kindly features. This Scandinavian style fishing boat hull is known for its well proven seaworthiness and riding qualities. Her wave-resistant flared bow leads back into a deep skegged underbody, making her passage through the water both dry and comfortable.

She has been carefully maintained at all times.

Accommodation:
Vessel has a Forward Salon, and Aft cabin with a total of 4 berths. She has a marine Head. Cabin heat is supplied by a newly-overhauled Espar diesel furnace.

Galley:
Vessel has a 2 burner stove and an Ice Box.

Mechanical:
Vessel has a 30 hp 3 cylinder Yanmar with 1,200 hours on it. The engine was completely serviced in Dec. 2005. The propeller, shaft and packing are new in 2005.

Deck:
Vessel has an Aluminum Alloy Mast and Boom, Standing rigging in Stainless Steel and the Running Rigging is mainly Terylene.

Electronics:
Vessel has an Auto helm sport pilot, GPS colour track satellite navigator, Raytheon R20/21 Radar, ICOM VHF Radio and a Humminbird Depth Sounder.
