General Comments:
This Motor Yacht offers more room in this size range, it is bright and has a feel of a much larger boat. Happy Too has been meticulously maintained throughout and all manuals are on-board. This yacht is exceptionally clean and comes with all the bells and whistles. Navigate all through the winter months. Just turn the key and you are underway in style.

Accommodation:
Vessel sleeps 8. She has a Forward Stateroom with hanging lockers, night stand and overhead hatch that lets lots of light and airflow through. There is a Convertible couch in salon (hide a bed never used and still has the plastic on the mattress). The Aft Stateroom has queen sized berth with separate head and full shower enclosure, lots of storage including drawers and storage lockers. There is a Forward Head with shower, Aft head w/ full stall shower, Entertainment Centre and a Convertible dinette.

Galley:
Vessel has a Full Galley with sink, stainless 2 burner stove and oven, Microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, Stainless BBQ, pressurized water and a Hot water heater.

Mechanical:
Vessel has Twin Gas Mercruiser 5.7 litre EFI, with 6.5 KW Genset. Vessel cruises at 7 kts and consumes 3 gph. Max Speed is 26 kts and consumes 30 gph. Engines have 530 hours. Vessel has Water heater, Dual air conditioner/heating system, tank fuel flow monitors for port and starboard engines, batteries, water and holding tank.

Deck:
Vessel has a Forward Anchor Locker, CQR Anchor, weaver davits for dingy (10ft Zodiac) Radar Mast, Hardtop, flybridge full enclosure, Transom Stairs. Aft deck enclosure, Aft deck weather boards
